Notes

GTM/GA4/canonical/meta-robots checks use homepage HTML (`/`).
Reliable mode uses the same relay as the robots checker and avoids most CORS failures.
Each site may trigger 1-2 requests depending on selected checks.
If you add new relay endpoints later, this tool can be extended with more checks.
